After pressing, the finishing material, PVC or carpet, is coupled to the piece conferring the final shape. The molding process consists of preheating the substrate and coating, placing them together in a refrigerated male-matrix tool, driven by a press. Temperature, pressure and cooling time will ensure that the coating will be melted to the substrate, without the need for glue or synthetic adhesives.
