Espumatec began its activities in the transformation of polyurethane in 1990, and today it has a constructed area of 8.000 m², having its employees and customers as its main source of development. Espumatec is dedicated to the technical transformation of polyurethane into integral skin systems, flexible, rigid, semirrigid and thermomolded foams. Its polyurethane suppliers are highly qualified, certified in the most rigorous quality standards.

It directs its investments in training for its employees and in equipment for the continuous improvement of its processes and products, aiming at achieving the satisfaction of its customers.

We are certified in the NBR ISO 9001/2015 Quality System, with Espumatec being the first Brazilian company to obtain ISO certification in the segment in which it operates.

Espumatec's purpose is to produce technical parts in polyurethane and thermoformed, seeking customer satisfaction, meeting the applicable requirements, through partnerships with suppliers and employees, continuously improving the management system, with the objective of the organization's sustainability.

Espumatec does not use low-pressure machines, therefore the process is free from the emission of polluting gases such as CFC's (chlorofluorocarbon), which is extremely harmful to the ozone layer. We also have a policy of complying with all current regulations, necessary for carrying out all of the company's activities.
