SIPAT Espumatec: investing in a safer future

Espumatec successfully held its Internal Work Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT), promoting an entire week of dynamic and educational activities for all employees. With the aim of strengthening the safety culture and promoting a healthier work environment, the company offered a varied and engaging program. It all happened in week 42 of 2024.

Throughout the week, Espumatec employees participated in various activities related to health and safety at work. The program ranged from stretching and group activities to lectures, workshops, safety quizzes and workplace gymnastics, always with a touch of creativity and fun. The company opted for a practical and interactive approach to make learning more effective and enjoyable.

The initiative to offer different activities every day of the week was very well received by employees. "I really liked the variety of activities at SIPAT", commented Bianca Nasser, PCP Assistant. "Every day was a new opportunity to learn something new and take care of my health", added Wilmar Rosa, Production Operator.

One of the highlights of SIPAT was the possibility for employees to choose the activities that best fit their interests, within the central theme of health and safety at work. This personalization of the schedule contributed to increasing everyone’s engagement and participation.
